Enjoy eating healthy, but add a little fun and flare to it. 


I like flavors, sweets and trying new things. Most recipes will be #healthified - little to no added sugar, natural ingredients, very little gluten and, of course, lower in guilt. I very rarely make the same thing twice. I am always tweaking recipes and I encourage you to do the same and get creative.
